2026 (Bay FC): Appeared in two matches this season before joining Gotham FC. Made a total of 47 regular season appearances with Bay FC in three years with the club.
2025 (Bay FC): Made 10 starts in 19 appearances during the regular season.
2024 (Bay FC): Drafted third overall in the 2024 NWSL Expansion Draft by Bay FC. She wore the captain armband in the Bay FC’s first-ever home win on April 14 and scored the game-winning goal against Angel City FC. She made 23 starts in 25 regular season appearances, logging over 2,000 minutes. She totaled five goal contributions that season – 3 goals, 2 assists – and started in Bay’s postseason debut, a quarterfinal loss to the Washington Spirit.
2023 (North Carolina Courage): Returned from injury in June 2023 and made 11 regular season appearances, including 10 starts. She recorded a goal and two assists during the regular season, and started in the semifinals and finals in the Courage’s second consecutive NWSL Challenge Cup victory. She also started in the Courage’s quarterfinal loss to Gotham FC.
2022-23 (Western Sydney Wanderers): Loaned to the Australian A-League Women’s club Western Sydney Wanderers in November 2022, which ended one month early in January 2023 due to a shoulder injury.
2022 (North Carolina Courage): Signed a two-year contract with the Courage in March 2022, making her professional debut against Gotham FC in North Carolina’s NWSL Challenge Cup victory. She scored two goals and recorded one assist in five appearances (four starts) during the year.
2021: Drafted 40th overall by Gotham FC in the 2021 NWSL Draft, but elected to return to Duke University for an additional season of eligibility granted by the NCAA due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
College
Boade played five seasons at Duke, finishing her career tied for fourth in program history with 93 appearances and tied for eighth with 10 game-winning goals. She earned All-ACC First Team honors as a graduate student in 2021 after recording eight goals and five assists.
International
Boade represented the United States at the U-17 level and trained with the U.S. at the U-18 and U-19 levels.
