Getting to Sports Illustrated Stadium via public transport is accessible by the PATH trains. The PATH Harrison Street Station is just a short 7-minute walk away from Sports Illustrated Stadium and tickets are only $3.00 each way.

Tickets

Sports Illustrated Stadium is a mobile ticketing venue. Access your tickets by logging into the Gotham FC Account Manager using the email address associated with your tickets.

If you have issues logging into your account or have not logged in previously, you may need to reset your password using the email your provided when purchasing your tickets.

Fan Services

Questions? Visit the Guest Services window directly inside Gate B to speak to your Account Manager. We highly recommend adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arriving to Sports Illustrated Stadium, to avoid any phone service/WiFi issues during entry.

Bag Policy

Fans are permitted to bring any bags sized 14”x14”x6” or smaller. Backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 14”x14”x6” are not permitted.

Medical and Baby Bags are an exception but will be subject to an X-Ray search (located at Gate B1).

A limited number of secure bag lockers will be available for rent for $5. The lockers will be located next to gate B1.

You may also visit the Guest Services window, which typically opens two (2) hours prior to the start of each event, located near Gate B on the Plaza Level during any event at Red Bull Arena.

All public elevators are accessible to guests with disabilities and can be accessed from the following locations:

Code of Conduct

The National Women’s Soccer League (“NWSL”) is committed to creating safe, inclusive, free of discrimination, and enjoyable match-day experiences for all fans visiting stadiums and facilities. This Fan Code of Conduct was developed in collaboration with the Independent Supporters Council and addresses expected behavior that is consistent with these goals.

  • Fans are encouraged to stand, cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to all players, coaches, fans, referees, and team and stadium staff.
  • Fans are strictly prohibited from using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory words, signs, symbols, or actions based on race, ethnicity, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural identity, nationality, citizenship status, age, appearance, disability, and/or religion.
  • Fans will refrain from displays of signs, symbols, words, or images for purposes of commercial use, electioneering, and/or campaigning or advocating for or against any political party, candidate, or legislation.
  • Fans are expected to abide by local, state, and federal laws.
  • Fans are to comply with posted stadium policies and emergency response procedures.

Any fan who violates any of these provisions may be subject to penalties, including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games, and revocation of season tickets. There are several factors that will be taken into consideration when issuing consequences to a fan who fails to meet the expectations laid out in the NWSL Fan Code of Conduct. Any fan who conducts themselves in an extremely disruptive or dangerous manner or commits multiple violations during a 12-month period, may be banned from attending future NWSL matches ranging from the remainder of the season up to a lifetime ban. The NWSL, in its sole and absolute discretion, may increase or decrease any prescribed penalties.


The following conduct is prohibited in all Stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the Team or NWSL:

  • Fighting
  • Fan violence
  • Assault/battery on staff, vendors, or other patrons
  • Using language that is threatening, abusive, or discriminatory in accordance with the Code of Conduct
  • Throwing objects of any kind, towards the field, players, and/or officials
  • Causing significant damage to venue property
  • Provoking and/or inciting threatening, abusive, or discriminatory behavior
  • Possession or use of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke, or firework, or attempting to use one inside the venue without prior approval
  • Alcohol management - purchasing, or providing for consumption, alcohol for an underage minor
  • Intrusion onto the field of play or designated area of play
  • Entering, or attempting to enter, unauthorized areas of the venue
  • Ignoring posted stadium policies and emergency response procedures
  • Refusing to return the match ball
  • Other misconduct where the venue is the victim, i.e. theft, scalping, minor property damage, etc.

NWSL fans have a right to expect an environment where fans shall:

  • Be able to watch the match in a safe, clean and healthy environment.
  • Be treated in a courteous, consistent and professional manner.
  • Be treated with dignity and respect by other spectators attending the match and those organizing the event.
  • Be able to support his or her team, provided that the support is in good taste and neither adversely impacts the event experience of fellow spectators nor negatively impacts the match.
  • Expect displays of good sportsmanship.
  • Expect timely and accurate information related to the match.

Signage, Tifo, and Individual Displays
Tifo is any choreographed action by spectators in the stands at a sporting event. All tifos must be coordinated and approved by the Home Team in advance and restricted to approved sections in the stadium.

The display of any large sign or banner must be coordinated and approved with the Home Team prior to the game. Any signs brought into the venue must be inspected by security as spectators enter the stadium, no later than thirty (30:00) minutes prior to kickoff. The Team has the right to disallow any tifo or signage from entering the venue. Banners, flags, signage and tifo shall comply with the criteria as outlined below. Any individual fan display (e.g., small signs or banners, clothing, pins, temporary or permanent body markings) shall comply with the criteria outlined below:

  1. Cannot use language or display symbols or images that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation;
  2. Cannot display symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action;
  3. Cannot depict acts of violence or graphic concepts (e.g., blood/gore);
  4. Items cannot unreasonably obstruct the view of the spectators outside of the supporter section;
  5. Cannot cover existing stadium signage;
  6. Cannot present a public hazard by blocking aisles, walkways, or stairs;
  7. Items shall not be secured using any material likely to cause damage to the venue;
  8. Cannot use language, display symbols, images, or colors that may in the discretion of the local market incite, provoke, or promote specific religious, political, or cultural groups;
  9. Cannot be used as a projectile; and
  10. Must not be constructed of wood, metal, or other materials that may cause harm to others.

Traveling supporters are not permitted to bring in signage or tifo to an away venue unless it is approved by the Home Team in advance of game day.

The League reserves the right to fine the Team for any issues stemming from signage or tifo that is deemed to be detrimental to the League or the game of soccer.
