2025: NWSL Rookie of the Year; NWSL Best XI Second Team

PROFESSIONAL

2025 (Gotham FC): Named the 2025 NWSL Rookie of the Year after appearing in all 26 regular-season matches, tying the club record, and making 21 starts. Scored her first professional goal on April 13 against the North Carolina Courage and later recorded the club’s first rookie-to-rookie goal combination since 2019 with her assist to Sarah Schupansky in a 3–0 win over Washington. Played a key role in one of the league’s top defenses, which conceded just 25 goals in 26 games. Led Gotham in interceptions (36), ranked second in tackles (54) and finished 12th in the NWSL in crosses (69).

COLLEGE

From 2021 to 2024, Reale established herself as one of the premier defenders in collegiate soccer during her career at UCLA. She was a two-time MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalist and earned conference Defensive Player of the Year honors in three consecutive seasons — the Big Ten in 2024 and the Pac-12 in 2023 and 2022. In 2024, she collected First-Team All-American, All-North Region and All-Big Ten honors, adding to a decorated career that included winning the 2022 Honda Sport Award as the nation’s top collegiate women’s soccer player. That same year, she was named the Most Outstanding Defensive Player at the College Cup after helping lead the Bruins to the national championship.

INTERNATIONAL

Reale received her first-ever U.S. Women's National Team senior call-up on June 18, 2025. She made her senior national team debut on June 26, 2025, against the Republic of Ireland. Reale has also represented the United States at the U-17, U-20 and U-23 levels, including two appearances at the 2022 FIFA Under-20 Women’s World Cup.
