2024: Kizer joined Gotham FC in September after spending most of the season with the Houston Dash. She scored her first goal for the club on October 2, netting a goal in the 45+5th minute during a 13-0 win over Frazsiers Whip in the CONCACAF W Champions Cup. Kizer made five appearances for Gotham FC, scoring once. 2023: Kizer made 20 appearances for the Kansas City Current, including 18 starts, totaling 1,462 minutes. She scored six goals and recorded two assists. 2022: Traded to the Kansas City Current from Racing Louisville midseason, Kizer scored seven goals and recorded one assist in 15 appearances (14 starts), helping the club reach the NWSL Championship. She tallied two assists in five matches with Louisville prior to the trade. 2021: Kizer started 22 matches for Racing Louisville, scoring five goals and registering one assist. 2020: Kizer made five appearances for Norwegian side Kolbotn, scoring three goals. 2019: Selected in the second round of the 2019 NWSL Draft by the Houston Dash, Kizer made 16 appearances, including two starts.

Kizer has represented the United States U-23 National Team, earning a call-up in 2019.
