Brody Sams

Now entering his fourth season with Gotham FC as Head Goalkeeper Coach, Brody Sams brings over a decade of experience in elite and professional football across both the women's and men's games. A native of Australia, he has worked with and supported top-level goalkeepers who have gone on to achieve success in professional leagues worldwide as well as on the global stage at the Olympics and FIFA Women’s World Cup.

At Gotham FC, Sams plays a key role in building a world-class goalkeeper department, working closely with goalkeepers Ann-Katrin Berger, Shelby Hogan and Ryan Campbell while also contributing to the development of future goalkeeper coaches. Committed to innovation and mentorship, Sams takes pride in creating an environment where both players and staff are empowered to grow and succeed in pursuit of excellence.
