2021-2024: Nyamekye began her career in Ghana, where she played for Dreamz Ladies FC. In 2024, she was nominated for the CAF Young Player of the Year award.

INTERNATIONAL

2024: Nyamekye captained the Ghana U-20 Women’s National Team at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, starting in all three group-stage matches. She collected two goals and one assist in the competition, in addition to leading the team in most attempts on goal (22). 2023: Nyamekye made her senior national team debut in a 3-0 win against Benin on February 19.
